Hidden Camera Rental Information
The minimum rental time is one week. The
week begins from the day after UPS tracking shows us you received
it. You will pay the full purchase price up front. If
you return the camera to us within the 8th day in perfect
condition with all the *original packing materials, we will issue
you a refund to your credit card minus the shipping and the
amount for the time used ($75/week).
There is an 8 GB SD card
inside the camera for recording, however you do not need a card
reader on your computer to view your recordings. You may
either plug it into your computer with the supplied cable, or you
may take the SD card out of the camera and plug it into the card
reader slot on your computer to download your video, then return
everything back to us. You can keep the SD card for an
extra charge of $34.99, or return it to us for no extra charge.
If you need the camera for
more than 1 week, you may keep it as long as you need it.
However, for each additional week you need it, you will be billed
$75 per week. For example, if you receive it on a
Tuesday, your week will start Wednesday. Therefore, you
have Wednesday until the following Wednesday to USE it. The
box will need to be postmarked on Thursday for the return back to
us. If you send it back Friday instead of Thursday, you
will be billed $75 for an additional week.
*If all of the packing
materials are not returned to us, we will keep an additional
$14.99 for the cost of replacing those, and you will be refunded
for the camera only. If the camera is returned to us in a
damaged condition, we will charge your credit card and additional
freight fee for returning the camera back to you because if you
break it, you bought it!
